Sewer Commissioners
To accompany the motion taken by the Select Board Tuesday, April 14 to waive fees and interest for the annual sewer use charges billed to residents this year.
MOTION: I move that the Select Board for the Town of Buckland, in the interest of meeting the needs of its residents and business owners while balancing the Town’s ability to meet its financial obligations, vote to waive interest and other penalties for the late payment of annual sewer use charge or other charges added to a tax for any payments with a due date on or after March 10, 2020 where payment is made after its respective due date but before June 30, 2020 as provided by Section 11 of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020.
