Notice of Public Hearing
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A Section 11, Abutters are hereby notified: The Buckland Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., to hear the following:
- RESCHEDULED: ZBA 2026-01, Application by Holly Sonntag, Guardian Falls Holdings, for a Finding, to construct a spiral staircase (fire exit) from second floor to ground on north side of building, at 16 State Street, Buckland, Map 6-1 Lot 85, in the Village Commercial Zone.
- RESCHEDULED: ZBA 2026-02, Application by Holly Sonntag, Guardian Falls Holdings, for a Finding to put a spiral staircase (fire exit) on the north side of building from top porch to bottom porch; to create a ramp from front sidewalk to river; and to create deck on North side of building; at 20 State Street, Map 6-1 Lot 86. Applications concerning a nonconforming lot require a Finding under Section 8-1 (b).
- ZBA 2026-03, Application by Andrea and Devon Kelleher, for a Special Permit for chicken farming, at 13 Spring Street, Buckland, Map 6-2 Lot 58.
