Notice of Public Hearing-Revisions to Zoning Bylaws- Short Term Residential Rental bylaw proposal

The Town of Buckland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday March 26, 2024 at 7 p.m. at Buckland Town Hall, 17 State Street. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide community members with the opportunity to comment on the proposed revisions to Buckland’s Zoning Bylaws.
The proposed revisions to the Zoning Bylaw include the following changes:
New Definitions for Section 2 (Definitions)
Changes to Section 4-3, Table of Use Regulations, to include Short-Term Residential Rentals
New Section 4-9, Performance Standards for Short-Term Residential Rentals
The proposed Zoning Bylaw will be accompanied, per advice of counsel, by a regulatory General Bylaw as approved by Select Board.
A copy of the proposed revisions are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office, 17 State Street Shelburne Falls, MA 01370, during the Clerk’s regular business hours, and on the Buckland Planning Board’s webpage at:
