Buckland Council on Aging to host a Conversation Café

The Buckland Council on Aging will host a Conversation Café on Tuesday, November 7, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center in Shelburne. “Spending Grant Money on Ourselves” is the theme, and our guest speakers will be FRCOG Community Health Program Manager Rachel Stoler and Regional Public Health Nurse Meg Ryan. They’re the team who introduced us to the Mass-in-Motion Grant Initiative—which this year enabled us to buy benches for four walkways in the community—and they will guide us into the next round of Mass-in-Motion grants, money we can use for the benefit of our town’s seniors.
