  1. Agenda Items –   
    1. Committee Appointments:
  • Election Workers – Appoint list of poll workers provided by the Town Clerk.
  • Police Advisory Committee –  Section 4 of the Shared Services IMA requires the two residents at large. Tony Jewel and Cheryl Dukes have submitted applications.
  • Personnel Committee - Select Board representative (2 year appt.)
  • Conservation Commission – The Conservation Commission recommends the appointment of Kim Erslev for a three year term.
  • Public Safety Committee – Marilyn Kelsey has requested a seat at the public safety committee.
  • Technology Committee – Asking for the creation of a Technology Committee to follow draft mission.
  • Municipal Vulnerability Program 2.0 Committee – Call for volunteers to reengage the MVP Committee and participate in new grant implantation and future planning.  
    1. Transfer Station, trash sticker format. Transition from a roll to a sheet.
    2. Veterans-Buckland Cemetery 2023 Count – Review completed annual count of veterans graves.
    3. FY23 Budget Year End Transfers – At the end of every fiscal year Mass General Law Chapter 44 Sc. 33B allows the Town Accountant to move funds between accounts without a Town Meeting  vote so long as both the Select Board and the Finance Committee sign off. Here’s the full list of proposed transfers.
    4. Town Administrator Time Off Request  - Time off starting Thursday, Aug. 17th until Monday, Aug. 28th.
