LOCATION: The Buckland Public Library- 30 Upper Street, Community Room
AGENDA:
1. Review minutes of the April 17, 2026 meeting.
2. Report on COA Collaborative meeting & upcoming events:
a. Ice Cream Social (JUNE 18)
b. Water Aerobics sign up status;
c. Plan Indoor Game Event @ Town Hall: Once a month to start? Advertising? Posters created by Mohawk students?
3. Report on use of Mass-in-Motion funds:
a. Senior swimming and Walking Path, with health stations (as in Leyden) @ Cricket Field (Arrange to visit/Contact Leyden)
b. New umbrellas in Picnic Alley (next to Town Hall)
4. Recommendation for new BOM rep and/or new COA member
(Sam Anderson is willing but cannot meet on Fridays).
5. Discussion about scheduling regular meetings- Next COA meeting June 8.
6. Other business not reasonably foreseen within 48 hours prior to the meeting.
