Conservation Commission Public Hearing

The Buckland Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Town of Buckland, 17 State Street, for the Upper Street Roadway Improvements Project, road reclamation, drainage improvements and related work. The hearing is in accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act and 310 CMR 10.05(5). The hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Buckland Town Hall, 17 State Street, Buckland, MA.
