1. Open te meeting, Introductions     

2. Hearing – As requested by property owner – 20 Sears St re: Health Agent Order

to Condemn, 5:00pm   

• Kate Conlin: “I move that we open the hearing requested by Carolyn Dobias on behalf of the Estate of Diane Hayes appealing the findings of a sanitary inspection at 20 Sears St Buckland MA on February 26, 2026 and the emergency condemnation order and order to vacate issued as a result of said inspection.”        
• Seconded by Carmela Lanza-Weil, roll call vote all in favor.
• Matthew Skydel: Is here to advise the Board as needed on the procedure tonight and to answer any questions.
• Group swearing in - anyone providing testimony raises their hand (Randy, Jasmine, Herb, Tucker) all sworn in by Matthew Skydel.
• Carolyn’s call drops off. Meeting is paused. 5:05pm
• Kate motions for short recess until Carolyn is able to join. Carmela seconds. All in favor, roll call. 5:07pm.
• Carmela moves that we have a continuance - to be held Tuesday 3/17, 6:30pm, via zoom, same link. Contingent on the petitioner being available. Seconded by Kate. Roll call, all in favor.
• Randy will contact Ms. Dobias. Carmela will post the agenda.
