Responsibilities

Property owners may pay Real Estate, Personal Property, Vehicle Excise, and Sewer taxes online using the Unibank payment system. 

This Office also collects the Buckland Fire District real estate and personal property taxes which are included in your quarterly tax bills.

Note: Some properties in Buckland may also receive Shelburne Falls Fire District tax bills and water bills but these bills are issued and collected by the Shelburne Falls Fire District (413) 625-6392 and their office is located at the Fire Station at 121 State Street.
